Lucas White (DOB: 11/24/2017) is approximately 4’0” tall, weighs about 85 pounds, and was last seen wearing a teal shirt, purple shorts, and black/blue Nike sneakers. He has brown hair, brown eyes, two large front teeth, bushy eyebrows, and a mole on the right side of his neck. Julian White (DOB: 09/16/2021) is approximately 3’0” tall, weighs about 50 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray shirt with yellow Minions, blue shorts with red, white, and blue stripes on the sides, and green dinosaur slippers. He has long brown hair, usually worn in a ponytail or two braids, brown eyes, goes by “Juju,” and has a birthmark on his left inner thigh. 2nd Update- Winston was located in good health. Update- Winston was last seen entering JW Corbett Wildlife Management Area in West Palm Beach around 1:30 am this morning but is still missing at this time. Congratulations Officer Freddie Pulver on successfully completing the Field Training Officer (FTO) Program! Officer Pulver spent the last several months completing additional training following the academy to prepare for solo day shift road patrol. Prior to joining the Port St. Lucie Police Department, Officer Pulver proudly served the City of Port St. Lucie first as a Police Dispatcher for just under a year, followed by two years as an Animal Control Officer. His experience in both roles provided him with valuable insight into emergency communications, public service, and community-focused policing. When asked about his aspirations, Officer Pulver shared that his goal is to become a highly competent solo road patrol officer while building a solid reputation grounded in consistency, professionalism, and trust — “earning respect through the work, shift by shift.” Congratulations, Officer Pulver. John was last seen around 4:00 p.m. yesterday (01/09/2026) after leaving his residence on foot near the 900 block of SW Gwendolen Terrace. He is known to frequent the City of Fort Pierce. John was last seen wearing a blue and white hoodie, blue jeans, dark green shoes, and glasses. He is 5’11” and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
