@Teamgrassroots_ We've all moaned at a referee in the heat of the moment, but if a young lad was refereeing, it's is beyond belief that some players and even parents would abuse them!! Keep going young man and be the best that you can be, who knows where it could take you!!

#norefnogame #youngreferee #respect My 14 year old has been a ref since February but has now been put off after a very tight top of the table game a few weeks ago where he got non stop abuse from the players and parents. Please can people show him some support to try and get him back reffing and put this smile back on his face
