@thehazelmae Eloy Jiménez primarily plays as a designated hitter and outfielder (left field/right field). I would take his bat over Lucas, Straw, Davis.....at least for now. Loyalty and last year had a lot to do with this decision. He was over 300 until yesterday.

@KeeganMatheson I despise this and it's a disgrace to major league baseball. You play to win every game. If this is a fad in mlb , then they need to adjust the roster so that every team can have more pitchers. I would not pay to go see a game knowing my team would just decide to quit.

It appears that Eloy Jiménez didn’t make the Toronto Blue Jays roster, but that likely won’t last long. Several teams are interested in having him in MLB. Toronto will send him to the minor leagues, despite the fact that he looks in rhythm at the plate, healthy, and in great shape, hitting .286 with a .524 SLG. Teams like the Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Angels, and Miami Marlins could all use a bat like this. From what I saw watching him train this year, if he gets the opportunity, this could be a Comeback Player of the Year type of season in MLB. #EloyJimenez #BlueJays

@PeakeVoice @Damon98_ I don’t think you understand that bench players need different skills. Straw is there for elite defense and pinch running, Eloy provides none of that.
