Re $YEXT 90%+ of their customers are large customers. And they pointed out revs are growing in that area. I think the company is pretty solid

@given2tweet I mean, nobody is holding this for FCF. They want growth. "Some people think" is like a Trump argument... sure, and the CEO disagrees and took a lot of aggressive actions. We'll see if he is right or wrong. Small software companies all still weak even today so things are tough

7 months ago $YEXT CEO wanted to 'steal' the whole company for probably $10.50/share. Company just bought back 20% of its shares for $5.75 and stock even drops $1 lower - Less than HALF of the price he wanted it for. SEVEN MONTHS AGO.
Software stocks down 23% in that period not 50%. What's his next move?

$YEXT dropping conference calls and guidance (while he can't help himself writing an investor letter novel) continues to make it obvious CEO intends to buy the company and go private. Why pump while he's trying to get a good price. After the tender, my guess is he will start buying stock in the open market and work toward buying it all.
