A woman worked overtime for months to surprise her son with the expensive camera he’d been dreaming about. When it finally arrived, the delivery driver threw the box onto her porch. The camera was damaged, and her Ring camera caught the whole thing. Customer service refused to replace it, claiming the delivery “didn’t cause” the damage, so she posted the video and her story online. It blew up fast. Then the company showed up at her house… not to apologize, but to accuse her of breaking it herself.

@Nick_Metcalfe Agreed it has nothing in common with a proper ranking event. But I do like how it can change the season for 1 or 2 players. Like keeping Liam Graham on tour, giving Alfie his card back, plus some of the other surprises in the past. At the very least, it’s great for stories 😆

@PeterDevlin147 I think that gets away from the bigger picture though Peter. It's not befitting of the words 'ranking event' - or at least how I've always interpreted those words anyway. There's a certain status to a ranking event, and the Shoot Out doesn't get within a country mile of that.

Does anybody here have the capabilities of doing a really good picture edit? I have a photo and I want to add another person to it, but make it look like it’s a genuine photo of all 3 people. Or know anyone who can do it? Thanks

@PeterDevlin147 Behind a pay wall but if you subscribe you get full home nations coverage and overseas events too throughout the year of course. TNT and the WST are not specifically saying that £31 a month is warranted for this particular tournament

Is there anywhere to watch the shootout or is it all behind an extortionate paywall? 31 quid isn’t viable if I just want to watch a few shootout frames

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve got this crazy childhood memory where I can not only remember important peoples phone numbers, but I can also remember the melody of the tune it made when those numbers were put into the keypad on those old phones 😂

Have @WeAreWST eliminated the stat or possibility that someone can make 2 breaks over 50 in the same frame? That feature has gone from the website and therefore also from @cuetracker not seen it happen in years now haha

Do we think there’s any kind of fixing going on with the celebrity traitors? Pretty sure they will get a traitor tonight cos if they don’t, they’ll be down to 6 left and 3 traitors. And then it’s all over, and a total anti climax. So the producers need to avoid this? #traitors
