If and when the end of this Fourth Turning comes, and the Financial Capital of the World leaves NYC, it is more likely to end up moving to Texas than somewhere in Asia.

Democrat NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is launching a “racial equity plan” designed to solve "decades of discrimination" by prioritizing resources for "black and brown" people. Straight-up racism against White people

@StephenPunwasi I’ve been told to report to one of the army bases in Greece… prior to potential WW3 thing I could have used the vacation.

Oh my. 😬 German men under 45 now require military permission before traveling for more than 3 months. On turning 18, they’re required to fill out a military assessment for skills. They’re only now realizing it was slipped it into a law back in Jan. theguardian.com/world/2026/apr…

Can't wait until they lever up the sports industry and then serve us ads between every play of every game and suck the life out of the last thing that is that is truly pure in America!
The Icahnist@TheIcahnist

The sports industry is one of the most underleveraged asset classes on earth. No major North American franchise has ever defaulted. Yet average LTV sits at 10% vs. 65% in real estate. The financing infrastructure simply has not caught up with what these assets actually are.

2 years ago we had an administration celebrating Trans Day of Visibility. Today, the federal government is posting authentic Easter content about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Don’t ever tell me elections and voting don’t matter.

A lot of people say 🇨🇦 is broken, but that’s not true. Where else can a company blacklisted for bribery change its name, & get a contract to build a high-speed rail for 3x the normal cost? … between two cities with shrinking populations, that have more seniors than children.

I'm 68 Years Old If You Had Told Me 15 Years Ago The President Of The United States Would Write This....... Seriously, no BS, no partisan stuff, just cast your mind back 15 years: somebody tells you a President would write this? I guarantee NO ONE would believe it

Esa semejanza no existe.

@StephenPunwasi Taking location and a premium on new build I’d say conservatively $950-1000/psf. The real catastrophe is that they originally bought it at probably north of $1600/foot.

Remember the good old days when Canada didn't need to deploy swat teams in automatic weapons to patrol streets because of the start of Passover and Easter? Perhaps we can get serious about who we mass immigrated into the country and the radicaliz happening here?

🚨 do you understand what New York City just accidentally admitted.. NYC spent $81,705 per homeless person last year.. the median American household earned $81,228.. the government spent MORE to keep someone homeless than most families earned to keep themselves housed.. that $81,705 isn't going to the homeless person.. it's going to the system around them.. shelters, administrators, case managers, contracts, overhead.. the industry that manages homelessness.. not the end of it.. if NYC gave every homeless person that money directly.. they could afford nearly 2 years of rent.. most of them wouldn't be homeless anymore.. instead the money goes to the system.. the system keeps running.. the homelessness stays.. and every year they ask for more funding to manage the problem that the funding was supposed to solve.. the homeless are worth $81,705 a year to the system.. they're worth nothing to it solved..
