I started building this when, as a trader in the trenches, I couldn't find an easy way to see who was dumping the tokens I was holding. I could see the transactions on dexscreener and inspect them, but could not see over time what these whales were up to. Were they traders that were gonna buy back at the lows? Were they diamond hands now exiting? Did they buy at the beginning for $100 and now exiting $10k a clip? How many early buyers have been slowly selling? Did they buy a huge bag a bit ago and are now selling half? Did they buy the top and now selling for a massive loss? Do they know something I don't? Were they selling to buy something else? What was it? I could go around looking for this info, but sells and buys are fleeting, by the time you're looking into one transaction, a thousand others just happened. The information exists scattered across different block explorers, telegram bots, and paid tools, but it's never synthesized in one place or properly presented. I wanted to see it all, consolidated and visualized, in real-time. Enter Pharos. The goal is to give traders complete visibility into who's buying, who's selling, and what they're doing over time, and become the go-to platform for holder intelligence. Every trader needs two tabs: charts for price action, and Pharos for understanding the players. From here on out I'll be building in public and welcome any ideas for features you think are missing. First order of business is to set up our own co-located full-index Solana node funded by the token fees. The advanced features we're planning require processing massive amounts of blockchain data that direct RPC calls can't handle efficiently, and third-party API costs make it unfeasible at scale. I am planning utility for the $PHAROS token when we monetize and will be integrated into the platform in some form. One thing - like dexscreener, this will never be pay-walled and will always be free to use. I have some ideas on monetization, but that's not the focus now. Until then, we'll continue rolling out updates with new features to make the platform more useful, the platform's foundation is built, the best is yet to come! We aim to be a non-paywalled product. Launching early in our development with Believe will help us do that. We are community-funding through Believe, not cashing out. Grow with us. @PharosVision

Has found a gap in the market and is filling it. With that said, his web needs UX upgrades so the average user can use it without issue 2. Dev is extremely green re: marketing. However, it appears he has a ton of connections to fix the marketing issue. Now he just needs to ask for help in that department. 3. Monetization is a little murky as he says he wants the product to be free. I personally think he will need to token gate some features (even if it’s a small amount.) I’ll continue to add to this thread as the project develops. Let me know your thoughts below ⬇️

Physics engine upgrade: O(N²) → O(N) performance, batched pinning operations. Pinning hundreds of bubbles now takes 1ms instead of several seconds. Butter smooth! @PharosVision

Gm! Slept through the day yesterday after pulling an all-nighter building out swap data permanence and a backend admin panel to help us monitor the situation. Up early now and ready to dive back in.
