@ottcaplax Sask needs to stop the bleeding. After an unreal start to the season, they are now grasping at straws. There's no doubt in my mind they'll get back on track, but you pull out anything in a struggle. I'd argue it should've been called when tied if they actually knew, not down one

Explain it to me like I’m a moron … I am … but I digress …. Why would Sask call Dawson on his stick, which they clearly knew was illegal in a game that was more important to Buffalo than them … why not save that for when you really need it in a potential playoff game?

This is utterly ridiculous and it should worry everyone involved in minor lacrosse. Hearing this was sent to a center already struggling for numbers… and instead of support, players are being blocked from moving? How is that “growing the game”? You’re freezing releases, locking kids into zones, and shifting rules on the fly. That’s not development — that’s restriction. And here’s where it gets worse: How are you holding A tryouts and evaluating “in-house players” when you don’t even know your full player pool yet because Northumberland kids haven’t even been allowed to try out? So what is this based on? Guesswork? Protecting certain spots? Moving the goalposts as you go? You can’t preach opportunity while limiting access to it. You can’t talk development while controlling where kids are allowed to play. This isn’t about fairness — it’s about control. And the real question is… who does this actually benefit?
