Keyd is in good hands
I'll talk more in detail but to summarize:
- I believe in taking responsibility for the results. It's not just words
- Smiley is a hungry coach dedicated and who I think has the potential to do much more than I ever could
- Dad has cancer, kidneys failing so I'll go to Korea to nurse him
- Grandmother passed away before the LOUD series, never got to grieve
- Other grandma is really sick as well, she's 95 and raised me
- I raised 1.3M+ USD for Savicore so I need to answer to investors
- I have another startup in AI/Health sector that I'm building
- Never really looked after myself for more than 12 years (left home at 17) through homelessness and college so I plan to for the first time
Thankyou Warriors for everything, I planned on asking to step down at the end of split 3 anyway. Mutually we agreed that it was better to do it earlier. I love you all and sorry for the poor performance. What I can promise is that during my time there, I put Keyd above all, made sacrifices but my mental health hindered my decision making and I apologise for that. For example, I once asked an investor who was on call for more than 500K USD to hold the meeting so I can focus on the team.
Feel a huge weight is off my shoulders and I can breathe abit. I will live in and out of BR for the next 3~4 years because of business. It's time to go full time entrepreneur and get back into academics.
