Section 164B of the Act This section addresses cyberbullying, which is defined as intentionally generating and sending data messages or posting on electronic media to intimidate, harass, or threaten another person

Data Protection Act This act criminalizes the use of information and communication technology to commit online violence, such as sending intimate images without consent ("revenge pornography") and recording genitalia and buttocks beneath clothing without consent ("upskirting").
