@AnneliseButler @PinkShadePod @AmtrakNECAlerts @greatquestionn These motherfuckers sent me an email saying that 169 got canceled, it was canceled in the app too. The train finally departed normally and i got stuck at Washington losing a night in NYC and $350 bucks. Im so pissed off

There's a server side issue in trying to rebook onto a different train on the 24th or 25th from a cancelation. @AmtrakNECAlerts do we have any idea when the rebook ing system will be live again? The USA RAIL number isn't even letting me sit in the queue, so that's not an option.

@AmtrakNECAlerts will train Acela 2248 be running in the morning?

@AmtrakNECAlerts I understand the system is down, but does that mean that our trains that were canceled are NOT canceled?

@AmtrakNECAlerts I have had several trains canceled and the website does not allow me to book anything else and neither does the app. Any insight into when the booking system will be working again?
