Before anybody judges them and says they should have known or should or checked, I have to say, sometimes you really can’t tell. I know they are a professional body shop and have protocol, but believe it or not. Paint protection film isn’t as common as many people think, especially on non ultra luxury cars. This reminds me of the time I spent 2 hours buffing out a car. I used to detail cars professionally and still do on a smaller scale. It started when I bought my first and only ever black car. I got tired of paying a detailer to get out all the swirls that I got a job doing it and learned how to do it professionally. I got the front end perfect only to get a call from the customer saying they forgot to tell us that he had paint protection film installed by the dealer on the front end. At the end of the day, he ended up leaving the film on because it still looked good, and luckily I did not have to take it off and redo the process of scratch removal.

Polish President Karol Nawrocki recently said it’s his responsibility to convince President Trump to keep those troops in Europe—specifically in Poland—if they’re pulled from Germany. He pointed out that Poland already has the infrastructure ready and has offered to host them. Trump responded positively, saying he “might” move troops from Germany to Poland because of their strong relationship and that “Poland would like that.” Poland already hosts around 10,000 U.S. troops, and this would build on that. This does differ a bit from Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s view—he’s wary of “poaching” troops from other allies.
