We have been unable to access Mercury services for the past 18 months. We are unable to use any of the services, including debit and credit cards, and we cannot access our funds. We have attempted to reach out multiple times through various communication channels but have not received a response. On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, we opened support request #1496868 and have yet to receive a response. We kindly request an update on the status of this support request.
