Hello 🤍 Yday I tweeted that Shadow Health Sec Wes Streeting had "received nearly £200,000 payments from private healthcare companies." To be accurate, the £193,000 he HAS received was from people and companies with investments in, and strong links to, private healthcare companies. It was not paid directly to him from the healthcare companies themselves. Happy to apologise to Wes & delete the original tweet as I like to be accurate and fair👌🏼 However, I remain deeply UN-happy about this form of funding.
