Even if he froze her with the hope of a future tech advance to defrost and cure her, shes already dead. In movies they always put the body in a fluid or replace our fluids by other non cryogenic fluids. There is a reason for that. The water that is already in her body (now crystalized) has probably cut and broken many of her molecules and structures , leaving her dead. In conclusion , shes dead anyway.
