We're excited to announce our new integration with Heritage Pool Supply! You can now have your product costs in Pool Brain auto-updated if your cost with Heritage changes. Product price will also auto-update based on the markup you have set. 🙌

Techs can now create jobs from the app! Set job details like Title, Body of Water, Duration, Time Window, Products & Services, Workflow Items, & Notes, and use Job Templates to create jobs in a couple taps. Techs can also tap any job/route stop to see full details & photos. 🚀

Easily update Equipment details 🛠️, Gate Codes 🔢, Access Info 🔐, & Dog Info 🐕 right from the app. View all Customer, Property, Body of Water, Job, Quote, Invoice, & Payment history details in-app. We've also added 8 new technician permissions so you can control tech access. 🙌

Route Stops are now marked as "covered visits" only if the stop was one time moved AND completed by a different technician than originally scheduled. Bonus pay has it's own column on all payroll reports and Total Bonus Pay is now calculated and displayed. 😎 🚀

You can now text customers from the app to let them know when you're arriving. A message window opens in one tap, techs can select an ETA in one tap and even edit your custom default message (based on technician permission settings).

You can now add tags to any customer to differentiate them in unique ways and all existing tags now display in a searchable format when adding a tag. You can also send a group email (mass email) to an audience list based on your tags. 🚀
