【動きの分析家として】 最初に断っておくと独自理論の骨盤の動きや仙腸関節使えてないとか主張するのではなく、バイメカベースのムーブメントマスターコーチが身体操作について独り言を。 昨日のトプリア、最初から構え、重心、ステップがおかしかった。 ラウンド序盤に多少後ろ重心に構えることはあり、頭振ったり抜重フェイントした後に前に乗せたりを繰り返して相手の反応を散らすんだが、昨日はあまりにも後ろ重心で奥脚を引きずりながら前脚に寄せる動きを多用。 これだとステップ踏めないのでジャブで角度変えたりしにくく、真正面から詰めるということに。 早い段階のクリンチアッパー1発目で右目の眼窩底やったと思うので、ジャブが見えにくくなったのはしょうがないが、いつもは首振ってサークリングしたりバックステップしてさける。 結果的に頭部への右パンチが浮いている。途中から重心前目に落としてボディに切り替えて効かせてたのは流石ですが、本来なら1Rからもっと頭部へのプレッシャーで警戒させることが出来たはず。 奥脚の内旋を脚側からおこなうのか、骨盤側でおこなうのかでやれることが変わりますが、脚側でおこなうと前方に移動するのが容易になりますし、骨盤側でおこなうと野球のバッティングの様に後ろに溜めているので奥手で強振が可能になります。 昨日のトプリアは脚の内旋と内転しているのに後ろ重心なので、骨盤が後方に落ちてるのでステップインも遅くなります。 過去5試合のステップと見比べましたがそんな動き1度もしていないです。疲労があったから、ダメージがあったからではなく1R早々からだったので気になりました。 分析ソフトに投げてもっと考察してみます。
