@aoifeh1916 I’m with @PrePay_tweets and had one of their reps at the door the other day. On hearing how much I’m paying (€180 pm) to heat 1 room and bath/shower once weekly he recommended I change providers! Landlord won’t permit it so I’m stuck 🤷♀️

Just a heads up for anyone who isn't aware, the cost of living crisis is insane and they're so many people struggling to keep afloat. I'm talking about electricity prices. If you are out of contract with your provider, you are put on a higher rate. I'm not someone who keeps on top of these things. If your contract is up, call your provider and ask for your rate to be lowered. I will warn your though, if you've got a outstanding balance, you will have to clear that before they will reduce your tariff. It's scandalous. People are constantly trying to play catch up due to the higher rate.
