SpaceX PreStocks token still trading at a 10% discount to the announced IPO valuation. Meanwhile Nasdaq and S&P are reportedly changing their index inclusion rules to add SpaceX. That means every passive fund tracking those indices will be forced to buy. Forced buyers at IPO, 10% discount today, and basis risk that's hedgeable at listing. Not investment advice. Just math.

a wild spacex theory (nfa) the largest IPO of all time is saudi aramco: $29.4B raised at a $1.7T listing valuation. spacex is reportedly raising up to $50B at IPO, beating aramco by amount raised. but at a reported $1.5T valuation, it would NOT be the largest IPO by listing valuation. knowing elon, he wouldn't accept "2nd largest IPO" on any metric. $1.75T is the clean target, continuing the $0.25T steps in recent valuations ($1T, $1.25T, $1.5T). he also loves meme numbers. tesla "funding secured" at $420/share. twitter acquired at $54.20/share. spacex tender offer at $420/share. tesla model S priced at $69,420. his birthday is 69 days after 4/20. so here's the future headline (6/9/2026): "SpaceX raises $69.420B at $1.75T valuation, largest IPO in history"

I completely agree - private markets have become a "club for the select few," and IPOs have turned into a way to withdraw funds. @PreStocks sounds like a revolutionary idea: tokenization prior to IPO on Solana with DeFi integration could really open the door for retail investors. The article is great, it confirms that the private market is opening up! I myself am a supporter of equality among investors, so that even ordinary people with limited financial resources can take advantage of equal investment conditions. Tokenization and its integration into DeFi opens up such opportunities!

The IPO stopped being the “starting line” for wealth creation and became the “exit door” for insiders. Most of the compounding now happens in private markets, where retail cannot easily participate. @PreStocks is an attempt to reopen that access by offering tokenized, 1:1 SPV-backed exposure to pre-IPO companies on Solana with low minimums, real-time pricing, instant settlement, and 24/7 transferability, plus the ability to use positions in DeFi.
