@GCSportsWriter Why is the response to questioning officials always some version of you should go do it then? They’re not volunteers who need to be protected.

Another game where the officials just let murder happen in the post. Really bad when it happens at the state tournament.

So @Kreager, what I have learned this weekend is that the state championship game in many classes was played last week: 2A - Huntingdon vs. Milan 3A - Westview vs. Covington 4A - Alcoa vs. Greeneville Good semifinals between the top two teams.

The biggest excuse from parents is "The coach took away my son's/daughter's confidence." Confidence can neither be taken nor given. Players earn the right to be confident by the work they put in on their own. Get them a hoop and a ball, not excuses.#coachingdevotionals
