Sources: The #Patriots and #Eagles have had deep discussions on a trade that would send WR AJ Brown to New England for a 2028 1st-round pick.
Other details of the trade package are still being finalized. But the expected deal is on track to happen.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: If the Pats trade a 1st rd pick for AJ Brown I’ll lose a lot of respect for the front office. You have all the leverage. A second is very fair. He’s still a good player & PHI should be compensated, but a 1st is an overpay at this stage.
