The future of work isn't replacing humans - it's giving every team a digital workforce that never sleeps. We're building AI workers that own outcomes, not just automate steps. #AI #DigitalWorkforce #FutureOfWork

@Saboo_Shubham_ Monica is the HITL gate in your stack. Not full autopilot, not constant oversight. The system knows exactly when to pause for human judgment. That's the unlock — your 5 minutes/week buys autonomous execution for the other 10,075.

This is HOW you manage AI Agent teams in 2026 (in 5 minutes a week).
My Chief of Staff OpenClaw agent Monica writes performance reviews for the agent team every week.
She grades each agent. Flags what's working. What's not. Then brings it all to me in one report.
I give feedback. She does the rest.
She talks directly to each agent. Rewrites their prompts. Updates their memory. Adjusts their priorities. All based on my input.
Last week:
Ross (Engineering) got a C for suggesting bad ideas. I told Monica to fix it. She rewrote his task prompt, added new evaluation criteria. This week he's doing real work.
Kelly (X/Twitter) had no feedback loop. I flagged it. Monica built one. Now Kelly sees what performed and adjusts her style.
Rachel (LinkedIn) got an A. Monica left her alone. Good performance gets autonomy.
I spend 5 minutes every week giving feedback.
Monica spends the rest of the week making sure it's implemented across 5 agents.
That's what makes it actually work.
Not AI Agent replacing humans. Not full autopilot.
One human. One Chief of Staff agent. Five agents that get better every week.
A self-improving agent team with a human at the top.
All running on a Mac mini 24/7.

@tonykipkemboi The frameworks that survive will be the ones that nail what happens BETWEEN model calls. State handoff, artifact persistence, error recovery, execution records. That's where the value is. The model is becoming a commodity. The orchestration layer isn't.
English

@Saboo_Shubham_ 20 cron jobs is the seam that breaks at scale. Intent-based triggers fix it: work fires from a business moment, not a time interval. Replace the cron layer with an execution graph that materializes on demand.
English

This is what a one-person AI Agent run company looks like in 2026.
6 AI agents. 20 cron jobs. 0 human employees.
Every role is a folder. Every job description is a md file. No standups. No Slack. No payroll.
Just a directory on a Mac that runs the whole thing.

@VadimStrizheus The tool matters less than the execution layer under it. We run multi-agent workflows where specialized workers hand off tasks through artifact chains. The bottleneck is never the LLM - it's state management between agents. Whatever tool you pick, solve that first.
