Nagelsmann, on the other hand, is quite similar to Rúben Amorim in approach both rely on complex tactical systems, constant positional rotations, and high-intensity structures. That style demands very specific players and time to implement, which United may struggle to afford right now. So if United want a reset and stability, Carrick is the safer fit. If they want another tactical rebuild like Amorim’s style, then Nagelsmann fits that mold.
