@TreadAthletics Eye wash!!!!! Runner on first, you need to come to a complete spot to pitch anyways. Even if there is no one on, what if they did it after the first step/pump or whatever the crap they want to call it....it’s the same thing. It’s more about looking cool than serving a purpose.

A few thoughts:
1) Rocking back and forth like this really helps a lot of guys feel less flat-footed out of the stretch.
2) Look at that insane drift - he gains ground with the leg lift, saving up his hip abduction until CoM has shifted.
3) How the f#$% does anyone hit that?
