It's against federal law to fast-track or bypass the process to become a U.S. citizen, not that leftists care about laws. If non-citizens were illegally granted citizenship and they illegally vote, those votes can and should be challenged. Also, that would constitute collusion with foreign entities to influence or interfere in a U.S. Presidential election.
