El posterior impacto con Almada no nace de una disputa, sino de la invasión por parte del atacante de la zona de ejecución del golpeo ya completado. En términos normativos, el CTA indica que, si el contacto procede del movimiento inherente a una acción reglamentaria y no hay movimiento adicional, ni imprudencia, ni riesgo desproporcionado, el árbitro debe calificarla como fortuita, sin sanción disciplinaria. Calificar esta jugada como roja habría supuesto desconocer el principio de inevitabilidad del contacto y romper con el criterio aplicado durante toda la temporada. Incluso la tarjeta amarilla posterior es jurídicamente discutible: la propia Circular prevé que las acciones fortuitas queden exentas de infracción, precisamente para proteger la coherencia del criterio y la seguridad jurídica arbitral. En resumen, la doctrina de la Circular 3 reafirma una premisa básica del Derecho deportivo arbitral: no todo contacto es sancionable; lo que se castiga no es el hecho físico, sino la forma, el riesgo y la evitabilidad de la acción. Martin has done really well to at least establish himself as a decent depth player, but some of the takes I’m seeing are wild lol. He will never be more than a decent depth player imo, which is great, but we can’t go halting our CB plans because of it.
