Hi, I wonder if you can help me @QuickMobileFix they have taken £433 from me 11th November and have promised 4 times now to despatch my order. Now they wont even answer me on their chat or customer email service

@QuickMobileFix I am emailing and online chat every day you keep saying next week for despatch the past 3 weeks. I paid you 11th november with despatche promised initially between 7-10 days it is now a month later and you wont answer me

So another week goes that I wait for @QuickMobileFix to repair my phone that is under warranty and I paid for a new battery. Over a month to repair my phone with no updates unless I instigate it. #notsoquick
