When we are able to look past our egos and not take someone else’s experience as a direct insult, then and only then will we be able to make the very necessary changes in our sport. Bullying others for not agreeing with the leaders in our community, is not encouraging growth.

@BillyYang there is a TON of work that needs to be done until it is fully inclusion in MUT. Lots of system issues. Since you're a WSER board member, I am concerned that your statement signals that we are done, no work is needed for inclusion, which is false.

The sport of trail and ultra running is the most inclusive, beautiful community I've had the pleasure of being a part of. We don't give a shit about your income, race, gender, etc - just that you work, sweat and cover the same miles in an equitable way.
