Today APPN 'soft launched' its node at @UQscience. The team held a workshop at St Lucia to showcase the nodes infrastructure & facilities. We also sought feedback on how we can support plant research through our mobile & field phenotyping units, glasshouse gantry's & equipment.

PhD students Yiting Xie (@UofA_SET) & Chrisbin James (@UQscience) take their cutting-edge phenotyping research to the world at #IPPS8, Nebraska. Both received a travel grant from @I_P_P_N to further their international linkages. #IPPS8 is helping build future phenotyping leaders!








Dr @RichardPoire presented on the APPN and the unique capabilities of the ANU Node at #IPPS8, Nebraska, USA. There was strong international interest in the open access automated tools for phenotyping leaves and roots. @scienceANU @I_P_P_N



The @latrobe team hosted an APPF seminar for the APSS Department, featuring Dr Valentina Hurtado-McCormick. The presentation explored bioprospecting microalgae & cyanobacteria from wastewaters to produce sustainable plastics. Great to explore common interests in phenomics! @CSIRO
