There's no better tense for building tension, gravitas and thrill than third person present tense. I've read horror books with scenes in this tense that were an absolute fucking marvel. What are we even talking about, 'the worst writing style', that's my goat.

The thing I keep coming back to - and I recognize this is not an original thought - is that if AI was so beloved and useful, companies wouldn’t need to fist fuck it into every program and change icons so users use it by mistake.

- strong contrast between light & dark
- textures
- backgrounds (even when we do see them they look fake)
- range of (vivid) colours
- well lit night scenes
- normal teeth
- good wigs
