A FIRST FOR NI AS SEA CADETS’ HOST HISTORIC SUPERSESSION IN NORTHERN IRELAND The ceremony in Lisburn formally marked the supersession of Captain Sea Cadets from Captain Neil Downing to Captain Hannah MacKenzie, whose appointment is historic as the first female Captain Sea Cadets.
