Loved competing at New Balance Nationals on Saturday. Smashed my PR by 17 feet with 159-5. Placed 5th and earned All American honors. Saw some great kids from NJ and hope to see them in meets next year. Putting the Jav down & moving to FB @RFH_Track @ProspectsRfh

Another strong showing at Monmouth County Championships. Boys take 2nd place and come in as the top public school, led by a historic performance from Cole Herman who takes home 3 golds, 1 bronze, and 2 school records!

Cole Herman continues his outstanding season by breaking the 58 year old long jump school record with a jump of 22-4.5! Cole also took 3rd in high jump with a jump of 6'2. Great job Cole!

Great first few weeks of track, in my first season I’ve been doing high jump and long jump. Yesterday, my relay partner, Cole Herman and I won 1st place in High and Long jump at Monmouth County Relays! I jumped a PR 21’4 on Long jump, and tied my PR with 5’8 on high jump.
