This sucks so much. Physical discs going away for new games in 2028. Can’t believe holding a game in your hand will be considered a thing of the past. “You will own nothing and be happy” rings true because there will be people in the comments defending this somehow 🫥

@ROS5IHD @PlayStation This is the most gen z respons I've ever heard. I like many others like to actually own their games and have a collection of video games. Now you own nothing they can remove games if they have license issues or it flops. BTW people still buy dad's Blu-ray and vinal to own it.

Why’s everyone so shocked that @PlayStation have announced NO more disc’s from January 2028. It was obviously going to happen one day, no one watches DVD’s anymore, no one has a CD player for music. This was ALWAYS going to happen. Enjoy it whilst it lasts…
