Residential structure fire reported shortly after 8:00 pm tonight on Sea Quest Trail in the Elfin Forest community. Resources from Rancho Santa Fe Fire, Carlsbad Fire and San Marcos Fire have contained the fire per the incident commander.

Del Dios Highway in Rancho Santa Fe is now open in both directions.

At 07:00 PM a vegetation fire was reported in the location of Del Dios and Calle Ambiente in Rancho Santa Fe. Forward progress of fire has been stopped by RSF Fire crews per “RANCHO IC” (B267). Del Dios is closed to through traffic at Mount Israel and Calle Ambiente by SDSO.
