Machine learning desperately needs more venues for review articles and position pieces. Normally there would be space for this in a journal, but in a field driven entirely by conferences, this kind of work usually ends up in a blog post or dumped on arXiv.

I want to commission someone to build a cluster of Raspberry Pis At @CoiledHQ we've been working on Hybrid Cloud cases and it would be fun to have a cheap "on-prem" type cluster. Any suggestions?
