@HubPointless in A New Hope’s From A Certain Point of View book, the chapter “The Bucket” says that all stormtrooper helmets alter their voices to make them sound near identical. so presumably that is why they all sound like that, regardless - but it doesn’t elaborate on why lol

A deleted scene from ANDOR revealed that Mon Mothma could have trusted her husband Perrin all along, confirms writer Tom Bissell "That was gonna be an interesting moment. Tony [Gilroy] performed it - Perrin just saying, 'I knew what you were up to. This whole time. They talked to me, every week they'd interrogate me, I never said a word. You didn't trust me. You could've trusted me.' And the heartbreak she would feel in that moment, of this guy that she'd pushed out could've been reliable. The double heartbreak of her walking away from her life, thinking she's dropping this deadbeat husband who never supported her, and then the double dagger stab... @ClaudiaBoleyn totally! the doctor who shows up is seemingly in the same time frame as the most recent Christmas special, and he was going through it there so i’m not surprised he acts out hopefully having spent some time with Belinda he might have a different attitude

@Radders117 Thanks, yeah, I think it works very well in retrospect as the Doctor acting out of spite and anger for his friend, rather than behaving with mercy and compassion. I'd love Ncuti to be given something this juicy, and to see where this mistake leads.

I might end up being wrong, but I feel like the point is that the doctor handles this wrong As Mrs Flood frees Conrad, his story clearly isn’t over and I feel that how the Doctor handled things is going to come back to bite him in The Reality War

If you didn't want me to at least feel a bit of pity for Conrad then you shouldn't have shown me him being neglected and physically abused by his mother when he's a little kid. I'm never going to believe that an abused child is inherently worthless.

As much as we are supposed to dislike Conrad and criticise his weaponised misinformation campaign, I do think the point is also kind of that none of our heroes handle it well None of them solve the issue, but have just add fuel to the fire. This isn’t the end of the story yet

But clearly Kate goes too far! Conrad’s arm is seemingly torn off (and then reconnected using alien tech). In-universe, they look to be getting heavy criticism at the end of the episode UNIT, just like the Doctor, do not handle the situation with Conrad well
