Vibe-coded Kickbacks.ai is trash. So hard to use as an advertiser. No way to pause/ cancel a campaign. I mean you can delete it but no clue if the money deducted is added as a balance or is refunded. There's two emails for support > help@kickbacks.ai and support@kickbacks.ai and both of them have had no replies. Most likely the founder is using a catch-all alias in the backend since its stupid to have 2 separate aliases for support. Help/ support > Both aliases feels to be "Assumed to be the correct one" by AI and somehow it lost context in the middle.
