Remember when everyone was saying Raiders dont retire numbers and that AOC wearing 4 was because it was the only number available and that everyone that said it was disrespectful was wrong and everything else? I remember. Players care about jersey numbers. those numbers mean a lot to them. JMD taking #9 away from AOC and replacing it with 4 was 100% calculated
