MAGA man only charged with assault—after attempted murder of entire Black family reunion.
First he drove by yelling the N-word.
Then he came back wearing body armor and carrying an AR-15-style rifle.
"I grabbed my gun and started returning fire," said Marine veteran at party.
Ramell Green said he was willing to defend the roughly 20 children and older adults who were there.
Jeffrey Tyler Kinzer was identified as the suspect—he was shot and injured by the return fire.
Family insists they were racially targeted—and demand more serious charges be filed.

A man who claims he was permitted to view the stadium surveillance video during the early stages of the April 2025 investigation has publicly described what he saw.

A 17-year-old stabbed another teenager to death in self defense at a high school track meet.
On April 2, 2025, Karmelo Anthony got into a dispute over seating at a track meet in Frisco, Texas. He pulled a knife from his bag and stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in the chest in self defense after witnesses said Austin attempted to assault him by grabbing and pushing him to get him out of tent. Metcalf died in his twin brother’s arms.
Anthony claimed self-defense.
Jury selection begins June 2, 2026. If convicted of first-degree murder, Anthony faces between 5 and 99 years in prison.
