Discipline gets you to show up every day. Strategy gets you to show up in the right direction. Most builders have one. The ones who win have both. Discipline without strategy = working hard on the wrong thing. Strategy without discipline = great plans that never ship.

@i_nehasingh_ Coding is the easy part. The hard part is getting people to actually care. You can ship the most polished product in the world and still hear crickets. Marketing and distribution is where 90% of builders fail 😅

@GoldilocksOrbit Learned this the hard way. Built my entire auth flow assuming clean Firebase responses — first real user hit a network timeout and got stuck on a blank screen for 30 seconds. Now I test the broken path first 😅

Shipping AI means accepting that the input data will be messy and the network will fail. Don't build for the happy path. Test for the failure mode, the one thing that makes you want to throw your laptop across the room.

Sam Altman admitted OpenAI's real plan. he told a room full of BlackRock investors that he wants to sell intelligence like water on a meter, pay per use. the same company that started as a nonprofit to make AI free for humanity now wants to own the pipe and charge you for every drop. they scraped the entire internet to build it, didn't ask, didn't pay and now they want you to subscribe to access what was already free. this isn't innovation, this is the biggest bait and switch in tech history.
