If you take out the ink is alive element, Joey Drew Studios is just a typical big animation studio in the market it's insane. Look at Laika, Disney, Dreamworks, Sony, etc.

That's part of the reason i love bendy sm. It talks about the real issue in our beloved work, we are often abused and are forced to work in absolute disgusting, inhuman conditions. Did you know Walt Disney silenced so many animators about their work conditions ? Familiar to Drew.
