Between the tedium & frustration of video production and now working a new day job, I don't have the time or energy to keep up the YouTube channel. It's simply not rewarding enough given the effort and time involved. Instead, I'll probably start a substack. Keep your eyes peeled.

An important reminder that "No Kings" protests are no more pro-America than the self-styled "anti-war" & "pro-palestinian" protests of past 2 years, which are in fact pro-Hamas, pro-Hezbollah, and pro-Islamic regime of Iran. Evil people lie to trick people into supporting them.
Tali Goldsheft@TaliGoldsheft

This is a No Kings protest currently taking place in Philadelphia, where they’re chanting, “Death to the Zionist entity and Death to America.”

@Lieboisout And people wonder why Objectivism isn't catching on. Sometimes it seems like the biggest argument against Objectivism is modern Objectivists, especially with some many acting the fool about the war in Iran.

Yesterday and this morning Keith Weiner suggested I want Iran to win the war. What could ever lead someone to think such a thing? I’ve called the Iranian regime barbaric religious fanatics, I’ve pointed out how they’ve oppressed their own people, I’ve discussed how they’ve attacked U.S. citizens, and I’ve acknowledged they are a long-term threat to the U.S. I’ve criticized the war for being unconstitutional. I’ve expressed skepticism about Trump’s ability to actually win the war. I’ve argued that given Trump’s penchant for lying, we can’t know the status of the war. I’ve also addressed the conflict between the information coming from the intelligence community and that coming from the administration. I also challenged Keith’s readiness to ally with the Saudis, given their role in spreading the ideology of the terrorists who attacked us on 9/11/01. I have, and am always prepared to do so again, presented an abundance of evidence for every claim I’ve made. How can any honest person suggest that anything I’ve said is tantamount to supporting the Iranians? If anyone truly believes this of me, please unfriend me. Thanks.

It's not a conspiracy theory to remind people that when we relied on our immune system before vaccines existed, life expectancy was 40 and one in 5 babies didn't survive to see their first birthday

Bernie says teachers “deserve” more pay. Deserve based on what? “Deserve” implies results. But if expectations aren’t even being met, it’s not merit, it’s politics. This isn’t about education. It’s about voters. If results mattered, you’d welcome anything that works better, private options, homeschooling, AI. Instead, failure is protected and rewarded. At that point, “pay them more” isn’t a solution. It’s insulation.
Sen. Bernie Sanders@SenSanders

Call me a radical, but NO. We should not be replacing teachers in America with robots. We should attract the best and brightest in our country to become teachers and pay them the decent wages that they deserve.

The only intervention that has ever consistently ended child labor at scale is rising household income. When parents earn enough to survive without their children’s wages, they pull their children out of work voluntarily.

In another year, or two years, or five years, or ten years, when AI has not destroyed the economy, and there’s been no “jobs apocalypse”, and people are just living better and healthier, will the current doomsayers come back and admit on chat shows “you know, I was wrong there, I regret having panicked everyone”? Evidence from the past says that it’s unlikely. Paul Ehrlich never retracted his claims about imminent overpopulation.

After the sudden death of Marilyn Monroe, Ayn Rand paid tribute in a newspaper column, with two main themes: the courage of Marilyn Monroe as an artist, and the evil of the envious attacks on her. She quoted from Marilyn Monroe’s last interview: about the secrets she shared in her performances, and the secrets she withheld from public view. Ayn Rand, moreover, was drawing on secrets of her own: her friendship with a journalist who knew Marilyn well and her association with a pro-capitalist screenwriter/director who had featured Marilyn in a film (Ayn Rand offered advice and attended the preview). In this talk at OCON 2026, Shoshana Milgram will explore Rand’s view of Marilyn Monroe, and her tribute to her, which was at once ethical, esthetic, and personal. Register today » hubs.la/Q044GyX30
