it feels like i just i completed a main quest line event
ive been asking bartenders to make cocktails from Bartender (2006) anime in order. and ive been stuck on a “grasshopper” (the first cocktail in the anime) for the longest time. i’ve tried all the rooftop nice bars and lounges. nobody in LA has the crème de menthe required to make a grasshopper. except for this one random dive bar in the middle of nowhere that’s cash-only. they had some old stuff lying around on the shelf, apparently they hadn’t touched the crème de menthe in years.

There's 100 other things we need to make free market too:
- Let companies build hospitals without requiring approval from existing hospitals in the area
- Let Americans buy pharmaceuticals from other countries. The fact that we have drug monopolies in America enforced by the idea that pharmaceutical products manufactured in other countries could be "unsafe" is embarrassing
- patents or licenses (or whatever) on pharmaceutical products are the worst kind of intellectual property (a concept which is anti free market to begin with)

A lot of people are divided on vaccines, but everyone is united on negotiating drug prices. Saying that Medicare can't negotiate drug prices with drug companies is the most anti-free market thing you can imagine. @RobertKennedyJr would be a hero to all if he ended this practice.

Making money from any business requires a lot of trial and error, learning from your mistakes. The people you are seeing with all kinds of success probably have a bunch of failures and experience under their belt.
Or they won the Roblox lottery, and will blow through all the money by spending on brand new cars and luxury bullshit.

If you're wondering how this works, this project is my personal hell of raycasting, perlin noise, and an ungodly amount of math. There's a lot of instances made so I'd have to do some gimmicky optimizing with instance destroying and runtime raycasting for players with low-specs.

I use a Dell Precision 7680 at work and it's a mean machine. I have a Core i9-13950HX With RTX 4000 Ada Generation GPU. MSRP for this laptop is $5,229 but it definitely does not mess around when it comes to performance. Not sure if it's the most cost effective but I didn't personally have to pay for mine. I like it a lot 👍

I desperately need a laptop to replace the Framework 16 I have been using for only I don't know like 6 months.
It's become untenable for work. The graphics drivers just cold-booted the machine on me for the 4th time in 3 days.
