I generally steer away from building popular commanders, just as a preference … my most recent decks (2022) being Loran, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, and Snapdax.

Mine is Urza's Saga. The Plains, Mountain, and Island in particular are my favorites.

Going to avoid talking leaks here for the sake of people avoiding such things, but because of the financial relevance (and because they are reprints anyway), I think it is worth pointing out that if the leak is correct the ally Fastlands from Scars of Mirrodin are returning.

Loran of the Third Path is the latest mono W card to rise rapidly, and once again the majority of the demand appears to be from the mono W initiative deck in Legacy (where it’s seeing heavy play out of the sideboard). It is definitely time to take Plains seriously moving forward.

Well, barring a miracle, my deck is gone.
I’m incredibly heartbroken, to the extent that my desire to continue to collect or play #mtg is coming into question. I’ll certainly never attend a large event again, as this was my first. Thanks to everyone who retweeted to help.

@KyleCCarson @JamesDavey Glad you’re still keeping a few decks and sentimental items. I’m honestly considering doing the same thing after getting a valuable deck stolen this weekend. It seems terribly irresponsible as a parent to keep so much money worth of cards just sitting around.
