@SomethingBanter @ChikoritaCheez Anime is for sure the least canon of them all. 100 different writers with 100000 inconsistencies. People forget it's supposed to be a low effort promotional anime. The actual effort goes into things that generate revenue directly like movies, games, manga, cards,merch etc

@ChikoritaCheez The thing to remember is that the games are not the only pillar of canon. Anime and manga are both just as canon to the franchise at large. What you experience for the sake of cohesive gameplay is not necessarily how it would literally work in the actual universe.

The anime has this habit of treating the Screen moved and any defense buffing moves like Harden or Iron Defense like they’re different variations of Protect

@deebayleaf What I especially dislike about credit cards in India is how dysfunctional chargeback is. I got scammed by airlines. Paid like 18K but only got like 250 as refund. In US, you can charge it back instantly. In India, you fill a form and then in a month, they decide no chargeback.

The era of credit cards in India is over. There are no real perks or benefits anymore. The Airtel Axis card is useless now, and overall, Axis and ICICI have been heavily devalued. SBI's service is among the worst, and Amex is hardly accepted anywhere in India. Don’t get carried away by the posts and tweets from the credit card community.

@GACKT_pokepoke The online tournament format does not crush luck but builds more on top of it. We have it this way because it's easiest to manage, not because it's healthy or competitive.

@GACKT_pokepoke This game has too much variance. Online tournaments add more on top of it with swiss bracket and single elimination bracket. Individual skill and not misplaying matter to a certain extent. What matters more is not seeing too many losing match-ups and not getting scammed by RNG.
