@Red3254 TSOs should work because physical attacks can affect shinigami in Bleach, and we know chakra can physically interact with souls. So, the disintegration should work. Genjutsu should also work imo, particularly the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Madara has counters for everything Aizen can use against him. Aizen does not. For Aizen to win, he’d have to significantly out scale Madara.
