So my oldest called me today and seemed a little stressed. Me: What's wrong, baby?" Her: "I gotta tell you something." Me: "Ok. Are you ok? What's up?" Her: "So when I graduate, they have this thing called a pinning ceremony." Me: mhmm..(I knew where this was going). Her: "And you can choose one family member to pin it. And...mama, I love you. You know this..." Me: "I think your Dad should do it. I think it would be the greatest honor, love, and respect if your daddy did the pin with you." Her: (tears) "Really? You're not mad? Are you sure? I dont want to hurt your feelings. I love you so much." Me: No, baby. Your daddy had a hard life and came from Cuba. Communism was really hard, and he came to America and made something of himself. I think this would be a beautiful moment between you both if he did. Plus... I am an expert at photography and video. I wouldn't want somebody else to mess up recording this moment between daddy and daughter." Her: "I love you, Mama." I wouldn't want anybody else but her dad to give her that pin. She is the first to graduate college and with a nursing degree. I'm so incredibly grateful for my husband and my children. Their love is my whole world. Feeling blessed. ❤️❤️❤️

I want to take the time to thank you all for keep my father in your prayers. The power of pray is a real thing and i am happy to say that my father doesn't need open heart. When they cardiologist did the cauterization on him it reveled no blockages at all. The doctor were in amazement because they told us based on his stress test they were 99% sure he would need an open heart surgery. So he will be release from the hospital today and needs to go see his cardiologist in a week for the talks about a pacemaker or a new heart valve. So once again from the bottom of my heart that you all for keeping my father and family in your prayers!! #GodIsGood!!
