@_CantfuckwithIT @drarturoochoa By far. My kneecap was in my thigh for a week prior to surgery. Had to keep my leg straight for 7 weeks post surgery, and only could move it 5-10° gradually for the ongoing months. You have to rebuild the quad muscle as well as mentally
