5 Deadlift 5 Bent Row 5 Front squats 5 Presses 5 Lunges 5 Chin ups... Couldn't do them because I just pulled a muscle on my left side of the abdomen...but none the less it was a great session. Followed by 100 skips All this Giant setup for an hour.
