@chrisdargent1 @TryDitto No issues on our end. macOS 26 is supported. It's likely your system settings changed with the OS upgrade, preventing Reflector from accessing your network. Try: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Reflector 4.

@TryDitto Love reflector 4, but it has stopped working for us when I upgraded to MacOS 26. I have been using it for the last 3 years but as soon as I upgraded to MacOS 26 (and device is IO26) I am unable to find the device to mirror to. Is MacOS26 supported?

@newbrew It sounds like you might be using the native AirPlay to Mac feature instead of Reflector. Make sure you are connecting to Reflector. If you can't see Reflector in the list, make sure it's enabled in your Mac network settings: help.airsquirrels.com/reflector/issu…

@ReflectorApp It used to look like that. No longer works on my Macbook Pro nor my Mac Studio. It goes into full screen mode with a black background.

@ReflectorApp Are there known issues with macOS Tahoe? While Reflector almost works, it freezes a lot and does not work the way it did before I upgraded my Mac. It's become unusable and I'm having to use other far less convenient ways to share my device screens.

@reflectorapp update on problem above. You need to update the Frame Sizing setting for new gen of iPad Air M3. The only work around for Reflector 4.4.1.2 to work is to use the NO FRAME setting in RF4 settings. Can I send you a troubleshooting bill to solve your problems? 🤣

@ReflectorApp hello! I'm trying to use my reflector4 v4.4.1.2 on a brand new MacBook Air (M4) & brand new iPad Air (M3) and it does not work! yep, the iPad view on MacBook is a total purple color and portrait shows as land scape and vis versa...how I can get support?? thanks!

@kgdavis This is a limitation of the device and native mirroring protocol.

@Bea_R_comic Customer support is self-service via the knowledge base. Make sure both devices are fully updated and on the same network. Restart them. Sometimes, Mac permissions change after system updates. Check Privacy & Security > Local Network settings on Mac to ensure Reflector is allowed
